Delivery Information
Ordering your Christmas tree
- Before placing your order, carefully read the descriptions of each tree variety to ensure you choose the most appropriate tree for your needs.
- All trees are measured to the tip and are an approximate measurement.
- Once you have chosen your ideal Christmas tree and placed your order, you will be asked to choose a preferred delivery date or you can request immediate despatch. Your tree would then be despatched the next working day. Christmas Trees cannot be ordered online for despatch before 28th November. If you require your Christmas tree before this time, please call us to check availability.
- If you need your tree for a special day. Please arrange delivery ahead of schedule to allow for any unforeseen delays. This is a very busy time for our couriers.
- Trees can only be despatched Monday to Friday. Saturday delivery can be arranged at additional cost.
- Trees can be delivered to all Mainland UK and the Isle of Wight.

Delivery Method
- All trees are despatched using our chosen courier TNT. Details about our courier can be found on their website www.tnt.com
- Trees will be despatched on an express overnight delivery service, unless you choose to upgrade to a premium service.
- Please check your tree for any problems BEFORE signing for it. We cannot accept damage claims for goods that are signed for as received in good condition
- If you are unavailable to sign for your tree, it can be left in a safe place as instructed by yourself. If you do not choose this option, you will be left a card and you can arrange a redelivery with the courier directly.
- Consignments that do not include a tree may be sent using a three day service.
- TNT deliver between 8.30 and 6pm. If you have any queries regarding delivery you can contact TNT on 0800 100 600 and quote your consignment reference. Alternatively you can track you delivery online at www.tnt.com.
- If you have not received your order within 3 working days of you delivery date, please let us know.
- All delivery services are offered in good faith. However, we do not accept responsibility for items that do not arrive on a particular day. We cannot accept this as a valid reason to cancel your order. If you refuse your delivery or part of your delivery for this reason or any other reason except for damaged or incorrect items sent, you will be refunded minus the delivery cost and cost of returning the products to us.
